Our Chef, Vaibhav Roy has a passion for cooking since he was a child.

Now, he has gained over 10 years of experience in the food industry by working for reputed organizations around the world like Taj krishna (Hyderabad), Leela Palace (Delhi), Oberoi hotel (Mumbai) , Palladium Hotel and Resorts (Jamaica) and Heritage Park Hotel (Solomon Islands).

Our Chef strongly believes that, To make the best food, one has to use best ingredients available and so, he himself ensures that all the ingredients used in our food are of top notch quality.

We make our own dough

We are proud to say that we make our pizza dough fresh using the best Caputo Pizza flour available to us.

This is to make sure that there is no compromise on the quality and taste of crust we use for our pizza.

We import majority of our cheese , the flour we use for the crust is special Italian Wheat 00 Caputo Pizza flour (Lighter and made with wheat), and all our local ingredients are sourced fresh from local suppliers on a daily basis.

We at Roy’s Pizzeria ensure that:

  • Our staff members wear masks at all times
  • Daily temperature checks are done for all employees
  • All our employees use ‘Aarogya Setu’ App
  • We practice regular hand wash and follow WHO protocols
  • We have separate hand wash and sanitizing station for delivery boys
  • All food service areas are sanitized periodically
  • All our food items are cooked between 200 to 300 degree Celsius 
  • Here we use the choicest of ingredients both local and imported, try to reduce waste as much as possible and are using electric ovens to minimize pollution. 
  • We try to get as close to the Italian cuisine as we can 
  • Some of our products are organically grown.
  • We practice contact-less delivery
